We believe that dogs should reconnect with their ancestral roots, stemming from the wild wolves that hunted our earth thousands of years before dogs became Man’s Best Friend. Our food is formulated to reflect a wolf’s diet. Our raw foods are filled with ingredients nearly identical to what a wolf would encounter in the wild.
Our ingredients are meticulously sourced every week from the finest local meat and produce suppliers. All ingredients are sourced, prepared and delivered by George, ensuring that the quality remains consistent and no details are left overlooked. If your dog requires a special diet, we can offer customized formulas for various health and life-stage needs.
Why Raw Food?
Dog’s digestive systems naturally process raw meat much like their wolf ancestors. This means dogs absorb nutrients from raw foods better than nutrients from cooked foods. Growing scientific evidence suggests that a balanced raw food diet is the healthiest and most organic way to feed our beloved dogs. Meet George
With over 20 years of experience in pet care services, George Gagalis has dedicated his life to ensuring the well-being of dogs and other beloved pets.
Having trained and walked over 400 dogs throughout his career, George possesses a deep understanding of canine behavior and the importance of a holistic approach to pet care. His journey began in Connecticut, where he honed his skills and built a strong foundation in the industry. However, it was a significant turning point in George's life that led him to pursue his passion on a whole new level.
George's faithful companion, Rex, a remarkable St. Bernard/German Shepherd mix, inspired him to explore the world of dog health and nutrition. When Rex contracted Lyme disease, George delved into extensive research to find the best options for his furry friend's well-being. His findings revealed the incredible benefits of raw dog food as a healthier and more nutrient-dense alternative to traditional dry packaged dog food.
Motivated by Rex's positive transformation, George took it upon himself to prepare raw food mixes, which resulted in a significant increase in Rex's activity levels and overall quality of life. Even in his final years, Rex maintained an active and healthy lifestyle. This profound experience sparked George's passion for looking at a dog's total health and well-being.
In addition to his expertise in raw dog food, George became well-versed in the behavioral health of dogs. He noticed that some dogs, particularly those between 6 months and 5 years of age, required more stimulation than a simple daily walk could provide. As a result, George developed a dog walking program that incorporates pack training and fosters both physical and mental development.
Today, George can be found in the vibrant Hyde Park Neighborhood of Tampa, Florida, actively engaging with the local community. He walks several dogs in the South Tampa area, offering them not only exercise and companionship but also the opportunity to explore the beautiful Davis Island dog beach during their weekly outings.
